This is the 2nd collection - also designed by Denise Boddey whose son, Luke, is a bike enthusiast. We have been asked for more papers like the Top Hat Collection that can be used for projects for men. But that is not their only use - we have had some really extraordinary projects using the Top Hat Collection. Both Heather & Kerry Jean have that collection as one of the current favourite.
