MEMORY JOURNAL

Hello Mary here to share a little memory journal I created for a Penfriend who lost her Grandmother last year.
To create the journal I have used Papers from several of Megs Gardens ranges. I have used Rose Quarts, Parisian Gardens, Water colour in Blue and Spring Pastels along with images from the Cut and Create ranges. That is the beauty of Megs papers , they all work so well together. The post is photo heavy, so maybe grab a cuppa and sit back and hopefully enjoy.

I have created a little pocket for my friend to pop maybe recipes of her Grandmothers, little sayings or memorabilia

another little pocket for notes and I have left room for Photos and journalling on most of the pages

I have used Lace from Megs Store to hold some journal cards in place.

I have tucked journal cards inside the envelope for writing down thoughts and added Lavender mesh ribbon for texture .

I have left an opening in the heart shape to slip a tag inside

another pocket for tags and memorabilia

and the final page has a frame to slide a photo in .

I hope you have enjoyed calling by and for all these gorgeous papers and embellishments and so much more pop over to Megs Store
Happy Creating
Mary x

Hello All
Welcome to Meg's Garden Blog

' Watercolour in Blue' papers
I love working in blue & these beautiful papers are a joy

I titled my album 'Life's Simple Pleasures' as we can all
Cherish, Imagine,Laugh, Create,Dream, Inspire, Live & Smile

I covered the album with fabric which is slightly padded on the front
adding the blue heart which has extra padding, the buttons are stitched on
a pretty spray of flowers & butterfly to finish.
for the spine I used 6 eyelets & threaded torn matching fabric through ..
