Spiral Note Book ...I've got you covered

Hello everyone and welcome,

Today I would love to share a Meg's Garden post with you.

I have decorated the cover of a spiral note book using A4 watercolour paper and this lovely image from the vintage ladies journal card series.

 I have distressed and inked the papers. A paper doily and a gold metal charm were added to the top right hand corner.

Hand dyed lace and nylon lace were added. Plus a cluster of paper flowers and leaves.

To finish I added some self-adhesive pearls and glitter glue. This was a quick and easy project and such a lovely way to decorate a plain note pad.

Graduation, Birthday or Wedding

Hello everyone and welcome,

I have been busy creating lots of cards and pretty things using these truly gorgeous papers and decorative journal cards available from Meg's Garden online store.

I just love this beautiful image, so elegant & feminine. I think this card would be lovely as a Graduation, Birthday or Wedding card.

 I have created a simple card with a layer of patterned paper & picture image. To finish I added some cheesecloth, an organza bow & a cluster of flowers. And what card would not be complete without some glitter and pearls.

Ladies cards by Meredith Hilly

Hello everyone.

I have made some cards from the "Vintage Ladies Journal Cards" from Megs Garden.

They are the perfect size for cards. These three cards are made with a smoky grey cardstock background which goes perfect with silver. I have used the die "Frames Rectangle" which has been used on all the cards in different coloured cardstock. It is amazing how one die can be used in so many different ways. Very good value for money.
