Card & Gift Box from Sylvie

Hello Bloggers

While we are doing boxes & cards, Sylvie has a very elegant card with its own box.

'this is a shabby  card and  matching gift box..I used  Christmas angels paper p6366 and Christmas décorations paper p6360 from the 'Tis Christmas Time Collection, round silver diamante trim and paper lace doilies basket lace square'

What a beautiful gift for a special person - well done Sylvie. So elegant!!
The box is beautiful & the card as well. Love how you have used the doily on the top of the box, front of the card & cut for the inside of the card.  The embellishments used are very simple - swirls of pearls, the die cut leaves, diamante trim & the simple blue flower on the front of the box. Love the monochrome look with just a hint of blue on the flower - great ideas for us.

Geraldine shows us a 3D LO using papers

Hello Bloggers,

'Hello - tToday is my first Meg's Garden  Design Team member blog post and I 'm sharing a layout of my daughter Mackenna.

I wanted to show you how to create a layout using simply '3 sheets of paper'.
Well maybe simply isn't the word to use because there is a lot of fussy cutting here which takes quite sometime to do.... but well worth the dimensional effect created.'

Sylvie plays with Shabby Steampunk

Hello Bloggers

Sylvie explains her card with matching envelope:

'This is a card and matching envelope in a shabby steampunk style.  I used couture collection embossed silk and satin, couture collection birdie fly across the ocean, elements old world time, and  french garden collection mini squares of sneak peak packaging for the word "friends"

the clock hands were glued to thin cardboard to stiffen.
I hope you'll like this project...'

Card from Evgenia

Hello Bloggers

Evgenia shows us her card using paper from the Couture 2 Collection:

'I tried to recreate the real nature scene. Love the colour combo of this vivid rose and green.'

Love the Card Evgenia - well done
The colour of the flowers you used for embellishing has made a dramatic impact & highlights the card beautifully.  The scrollwork, birds nest & bird are fabulous.
