A Ladies Christmas Planner by Meredith Hilly

Hello. I hope everyone is well. Its never to early to start planning for Christmas.
I like to write down what presents I am buying for family and friends. My daughter , my  mum and I like to plan our Christmas meals with who's coming for dinner and what will be needed.
So the project I would like to show you is a ladies Christmas planner.
Using thick card stock I cut out a book which was half a Christmas tree and half a rectangle book.
I bound the book using metal circle clips.

I strongly recommend you try a project or card with the German Scrap borders and strips. There are so many uses of German Scrap borders and strips from Megs garden.
They are so detailed with the embossing and fine cut out patterns. I used the borders through out the book. Framing or high lighting each page. This makes the layout of each page flow as one theme throughout the book.
Thanks for having a look at my latest project.

Wall Hanging

Hello Bloggers

Use 1 of the A4 'A Twinkling Christmas' papers & create a full page art piece. They can be hung using ribbon attached to the top on a door or wall; displayed on a mantle piece or wherever you want a small piece of A Twinkling Christmas.

The blue paper is double matted with pale blue & white cardstock & then foam mounted onto a darker blue cardstock.  I cheated with my foam mounting by using a thick cardboard approx 1" wide.  Your could easily frame it or use a styro border covered with cardstock.  Silver german scrap was used around the entire project

I have combined silver & gold on all of my Twinking Christmas projects - you can easily just use the one colour.  The ribbon used on this one is ivory/gold sparkle organza 38mm wide. It also comes in silver on white as shown in the next project

This is also an A4 paper double mounted on white with green.
The embellishing on the tree & the white holly is done with Flower Silver Diamante Trim with pearls added to the centres

Hope these have given you some ideas in crafting with the Twinkling Christmas Papers
Bye for now
Meg
