Molto Bello ~ Sherock 111 a new case

Hello Mary here to share a travel layout created with the new range Sherlock 111 A New Case

The Italians really know how to create beautiful balconies. This is a balcony in the Piazza Navona in Rome.

I thought this particular paper from the new Sherlock 111 a New Case suited a travel page as it has the lovely  Post Card image on it. I added some clock washi tape and clock stamp and also used a blossom stencil with texture paste . I used the Lattice and circles die cut under my photo and then I used the branch with flowers die to contine the flowers from the balcony trailing down my page, into this I added a couple of DoDo Vine pieces.

The clock image I fussy cut from the cut and create sheet and secured with a Filigree. The postal images are also fussy cut from the cut and create sheet and I have added some Mesh ribbon to my layout
Finally I wanted to share a card I made for my Friends who sadly had to say goodbye to their fur baby

The image of the dog is from Pinterest and then I have used The Shabby Chic card Artist background papers for my base.
Fussy cut the large cogg from the New Sherlock 111 A new Case cut and create sheet and placed the metal cogg in the centre.  The cherish word from the cut and create sheet  I inked and then added twine and mesh ribbon to the card , all from Megs Store

Inside my card I have layered images from the cut and create sheets . With the envelope piece I used a craft knife to cut a opening to tuck the sentiment in.

Thank you for calling by , I hope I have inspired you to visit Megs Store and grab some gorgeous products that are sure to inspire you to be creative.

THE PERFECT DAY ~ IT REALLY WAS . CREATING WITH SHADES OF GREEN RANGE

Hello fellow crafters,

Mary here today to share another layout for my Daughters wedding album using the Shades of Green Range.
The Perfect Day ~ it really was

Once again I have created a 12 x 12 page by using a piece of cardstock to adhere the A4 shades of green pattern paper to.

I recently purchased the Oval Die cut which comes with two dies, this is the large, but the small is also a good size, perfect for framing your photo. On the opposides of my page I added the Screen Print die in mint green  to add a touch of colour and a decorative element to my page.

I created a cluster in the corner of the photo with a filigree Flower placed a paper flower and leaf on the top , attached a charm heart with pearl trim and also placed a clear gem ball and 3 pastel enamel dots, all placed on a ribbon of lace.In the opposite corner I placed the Filigree stip with the Honey Bee charm.

I used the satin edged sheer ribbon to tie a bow so to me it almost looks like a book that you can open . For texture I added the flower pattern in each corner through a stencil with texture paste and coloured with distress oxide inks . The Happiness chippy was given to me by my friend Bec and I also coloured it with Distress Oxide.
Thank You so much for calling by, I hope I have inspired you to pop over to Megs Store and get yourself some gorgeous product to create your memories with.
Happy Creating

LIFE IS A JOURNEY ~ SHADES OF GREEN

Hello Mary here to share another layout with the range Shades of Green

LIFE IS A JOURNEY

Because I am creating these layouts for my Daughters album I turn them into a 12 x 12 layout by simple adding the A4 pattern paper to a sheet of cardstock.

I added some texture with a rose stencil and texture paste and added some pink tones with water colour paint. Under my photo more texture using one of the dies from the store. There is a huge rang of dies to choose from, this one is called Screen Frame. The butterfly has been fussy cut from the Shades of Green Cut and Create Sheet and I have used lace and sheer green ribbon and the crystal jewel to nestle the flair. Under the butterfly I have one of Megs doily's peeking out.

My title which is from The Cut and Create sheet  I have framed with a chippy I embossed from my stash and then added the pastel enamel dots either side . Meg has enamel dots in all shades in the store. To pick up the shades of green in the paper I placed the Carte Postcard from a cut and create sheet at the top of my photo, I think it ties in nicely with the greens on the PP.

I finished the layout by fussy cutting the single white rose  from the cut and create sheet and placing it as though it is falling from the bouquet .

Thank you for calling by , I hope I have inspire you  to create with the gorgeous romantic papers and embellishments.
Happy Creating
