Showcasing an Embellished Banner with Heather

Hello

Heather explains her fabulous Layout:

LAYOUT  - ‘ LOVE YOU ‘

'Wow I just adore these papers from the Christmas collection.

Such rich, velvety colors and PERFECT for showcasing Banners . I was so excited as this banner came together .. I decided to create 2 layers and hang some Tim Holtz metal elements to create extra interest and texture .

These colours and designs mix and match perfectly and as you can see I have created my banner by using small sections from almost every piece of the collection.  What a great way to use your scraps ..

Handy tip

Looking closely you may notice I have slightly distressed the papers on the banner ( this is achieved by sanding lightly with a emery board )

Fabulous LO Heather - well done - love the combination of the embellishments & the papers. The distressing is awesome.  Love the oval shape of the banner pieces - softens the effect of the banner.

Bye for now
