Birthday tag in a Pocket by Heather .

Hello everyone and a warm welcome here at Megs Garden blog
I love to give hand made cards/tags to my friends for birthdays
Today I am sharing a Tag in a pocket that
I created with the beautiful Correspondence Collection - designed by Kerry-Jean Watson .

As most of you know I love earthy tones
I have added brown ribbon with chocolate blooms and some dies in white cardstock
as a contrast to the Correspodence papers

Birthday Tag and Pocket
my stacked elements here are various dies, in both white card, Correspondence Collection
complete with a metal embellie and a chipboard heart, altered with white gesso and crackle paint .
  I also discovered these beautiful
OPEN ROSES
are perfect for adding as a prop in my photos

This tag lives inside the pocket, ready to write a message on .
I embellished it simply with some paper on the top section.
Adding some stamps to tone in with the Correspondence theme .

thanks so much for popping by
and I do hope you are inspired to play with these papers
from the divine new Correspondence Collection

Have fun and enjoy playing and creating.
warm hugz from Heather

  2. This is a lovely card. I'm really enjoying the use of machine sewing...adds to the detail of this card. Your color choices are very pleasing. Well done!
