2016 'English Rose Garden' Calendar by Liz Hocking

Hello Bloggers and welcome once again.

Don't know about you, but it sure has been a busy month for me with scrap booking and making
'off the page' projects for birthday presents.
One of them I am showcasing for you today.  With my daughter in law's mother's birthday coming up, I decided to look through my stash of wooden 'off the page' items and came across a hard wood calendar.  Well the news got even better when I was given the 'English Rose Garden' mini square pad (145mm), which would you believe was the perfect size for the calendar......no trimming needed.

For this front cover I have also used 'Cut & Create' basket that I have coloured with Copics, Meg's Garden metal, paper lace doilies  and ribbons.

I had fun putting together the rest of the calendar which included using Meg's Garden Metal Butterfly and Dragonfly and more metal.

On the September I have also used Designs Galore Butterflies.

I find that the 'cut and creates' are lovely to work with and perfect for small projects too.

Thanks for taking the time to look and I trust that you found some inspiration here.  To check out this collection and more please feel free to click HERE.
Until next time, happy creating........Liz
