I strayed away from vintage, flowers & shabby chic & dived into the grunge category & actually had fun. The Slightly Grunge Paper Collection was used on all 3 cards
Card #1
Materials used:
Black cardstock with a group of ephemera from several collections, a clock charm,
tag tied with jute string - no inside deco done, Frayed Burlap distress ink
Lots of foam mounts on all cards

Materials used:
Black & cream cardstock
Slightly Grunge Paper Collection
Jute string
Scraps of burlap
Ephemera from several collections
The Slightly Grunge paper was distressed & Frayed Burlap distress ink used on the edges
The ephemera were tucked into a vintage envelope which was slit
Inside of card: Lt - Tags, ephemera, burlap, a chinese charm
Rt - tags, ephemera, postcard, vintage trinket
Card #3
Materials used:
Black, chocolate & cream cardstock
Chinese coins, key, hot air balloon & cogs charms
Coffee 38mm mesh, Jute twine

2 layers of Slightly grunge paper - 1 between black & chocolate cardstock, the other on top |

Inside the card - on the left the coffee jute is wrapped around from the front & added to the top of the pocket on the right side
The little book has 2 areas on its front for tucking in tags, ephemera & journaling

The other side has a pocket for tags & journaling
I call this gentlemen Great Uncle Henry - but it is simply a postcard I purchased at an antique shop
