A Simple Card to beat Covid-19

Hello Paper Artists

I had trouble creating under the shadow of Covid-19
Finally, I decided I was going to win over the virus so I took a piece of cardstock
that was on my work table. found some patterned papers & set to creating.

This is the result:

The cardstock was a cutoff from another project & is pale sage green.  It was too long for the paper so I turned it up & created 2 tags to insert & 2 of the word tickets using the same Iris Blue ribbon from the front. The tags are ready for sentiments or further embellishing.

The paper is a page from the Pink & Green Collection. It did not need much embellishing.
Corners rounded, inked on the edges with green ink & before attaching to the front of the card, a piece of 38mm lace was tied around & the tied in a bow.  Green paper rose leaves, a blue-mauve paper wild rose & Iris Blue double sided satin ribbon tied in a double bow with the ties flowing over the front of the card.

The card worked & I got into the unfinished journal on my table - you have already seen
the video of that.

Whenever your creativity is stuck on a project, put it aside & start a new & easy art piece - do not start with a blank piece of paper - pick up a beautiful piece & go from there.
