lots of layers

lots of layers
I have been experimenting lately with gesso and a little texture paste with a lot ending up in the bin, hence all I have ended up doing is painting the end of the chipboard with Gesso to try and achieve a rustic result. I will however continue to play with these mediums to achieve something that I am happy with a take a while
now for some pics

now for the darker version

Dimension

Hi just dropping into share what I have been doing in the past month.
I have been playing with some different concepts in the past couple of days thanks to a friend when she showed me a card she made at class this month. As soon as I saw it ideas started hoping into my head,
hence I came up with these two concepts there is still room for improvement so I will keep playing with this concept, because I love the ability to work with dimension.

I would also like to put these two concepts together a dome front card and Easel I am sure its been done before, this is my latest Easel card I have made so maybe next time I may have that to share

It's Clear from Denise

hello me again
this time I wanted to do something  a little different, the best ideas come as you are creating something else, so quickly did I move on. It's been a while since I have created with acetate I love working with it as it gives me the opportunity to create dimension.

 the reverse side

I have painted the chipboard black on one side and cream on the other side
On the acetate I have used colour texture paste and stamped images over the top
yes they are the same photo I am waiting on my nephew to hand over some more photos to put into his album
I have used on my pages

thanks

Cherished Treasures from Denise

Hello Bloggers:
Just a quick share using the Correspondence Collection from Meg's Garden.
I have sprayed my chipboard with a flat white paint. I have set up  a little spray station outside from an old box which I have cut out a side so I can safely and conveniently spray my Chipboard.
I have torn and distressed my paper as I find it welcomes that technique.

I have used some pigment ink on the words

I have used
