2 cards with Megs Garden French Roses collection | Marina Gridasova

Hello ladies and gents! Marina is here again with cards from Megs Garden newest French Roses collection.
First I fussy-cutted all the elements from ephemera sheets (and flowers and butterflies are my favs)))))
The first one is with the butterflies

The second one is with the flowers
 some close-ups:

Rose sterm is a part of the flower from previous card - it was too long so I cutted it and used here as accent. Black fan was perfect to create contrast composition.
Hope I can inspire you to create something beautiful with our products! )))
Have a great day!

Vintage Journal Cards - Flowers

Hello bloggers
Bec Jefferis here.  I wanted to pop in and share a card I made this weekend, using Meg's Garden NEW Journal cards - floral designs.
These are absolutely stunning floral designs with so much versatility to be used on cards, in happy mail, and as part of your journal.
I have made this card for a dear friend's birthday, in fact she was the one that gave me the dimensions of this unique card.
Of which you'll understand when you see the pictures and video below...
I used the blue tits journal card on the front with the blue watercolour background paper, that come with the card kits in Meg's NEW products.
I used navy watercolour paints to add some splatter dots and used crafters grass to nestle the image on the front of card.
I backed the journal card with a navy card stock and scratched the edges to create added dimension.
This is what the inside of the card looks like...
I used four more of the floral journal cards to create the pop up display.
They sit so well together backed with the pink watercolour background paper.  I used a rub on birthday sentiment to finish the card.
I have made a video of the card opening for you to see the full effect.
I hope you have enjoyed some different inspiration on the blog today.  Hope you get the chance to use your Meg's Garden products in a similar way.
Have a wonderful day
Take Care
Bec
