Forgotten Meadows Mini Waterfall Folio by Sarah

Hi Meg's Garden Friends and Fans! Sarah here today to share a mini waterfall folio with you - created with the absolutely gorgeous Meg's Garden Forgotten Meadows paper collection and mini papers, along with some gorgeous ribbons, flowers and embellishments from the Meg's Garden Store. This mini waterfall folio was created based on this tutorial I found on Youtube by the talented Ginger Ropp. I knew as soon as I saw the gorgeous purple Wisteria paper that I wanted to use it for the cover of this mini folio. I wanted the cover to look "garden-y" and so I added some chicken wire masking and chipboard, fussy cut flowers and butterflies from the Forgotten Meadows papers, flowers and leaves and some tassels that I cut off some trim. I also used some thin purple ribbon as the closure for the album.
I don't often use a lot of purple in my papercrafting, though it is one of my favourite colours, so I decided to play up the purple in this mini by using some purple cardstock from my stash as the matting for the tags, pockets and waterfall pages. I have inked the edges of all the patterned papers with Vintage Photo Distress Ink to give a more vintage/shabby-chic feel to the mini folio. I've added some simple decorations to the inside of the album using fussy-cut butterflies and lots of ribbon on the tags!

Thanks so much for stopping my the Meg's Garden Blog today - I hope you enjoyed my Mini Waterfall Folio Album!
